Went to Quiapo last Saturday to buy some hard to find bearings for my bike's bottom bracket. And after buying the bearings, I met up with my buddy Adrian at LRT-2 Recto Station to explore Evangelista, Raon, and Ongpin. I was really excited when I saw a 1HP Window Type aircon that had inverter drive being sold for 22k. It was the kind of thing that I always wanted. The exact same aircon is being sold by Kolin at 26k!! WTF?!
While a regular 1HP window type aircon sells for 12k at Raon, I guess it won't be long before inverter drive units will become more and more affordable. I hope that by the time I buy my next aircon unit, such aircons will be at 16k or so.. Ehehehe..
Why all my excitement over an inverter aircon? Because I know just how efficient and cost-effective an inverter drive aircon can be. And it would really drive down electricity bills if all the window-type aircon units can be upgraded into inverter drive..
Now if only I had the money for all this stuff! Ahahahaha!
