Damn you Globe Telecom!
I've been waiting for more than a month now for my 2nd line application to be approved.. I had applied for a 2nd line under Plan 499 and the handset that I chose was the Huawei Ascend W1. They had told me that they didn't have the phone in stock and that they'd inform me as soon as they get it re-stocked. Its been a month and I haven't gotten nary a peep from them!
I've made 3 follow up calls thru their Globe Sales Hotline and 1 email thru their facebook account. I wonder if they'd ever get my application processed! I hate the fact that they have so many handsets posted in their website for people to choose from but most of the phones are NOT in stock and in fact only a few are actually available!
And they have the gall to call themselves "The Leader in Postpaid." Yeah right.
