- Woke up at 6am because I had to be at the nearby market at 7am to buy fish and veggies.. Ended up spending around P800+ on fish, veggies, eggs, and bananas. Not so bad.
- 8am we were getting ready to go to Sta. Cruz in Manila to bring my little girl to a dress shop to get her measurements taken. My little sister is set to wed in January 2014 and my little girl is in the entourage. 9am we're on the road with my eldest son and little girl at the back. We make it in time at the dress shop (10am) and buy some fried pork innards on our way back thru La Loma. We then drop by my brother-in-law's place in QC on our way home for some chit-chat and quick snack on durian. Ehehehehe.
- 2pm I'm helping out my dad to get our dogs vaccinated for rabies at the nearby Barangay Hall. I ask my sister to drive my wife and eldest son to a birthday party at nearby place where a classmate of my son was celebrating her 7th birthday.
- 3pm we finish getting all 4 dogs vaccinated and I gear up to catch up to my wife at the birthday party. She texts me saying that the party was rather lavish and she was very much surprised. When I get there I find that the party was indeed very grand for a 7th Birthday and it was done much like a mini-debut party!! We can only marvel at the preparations and wonder at how much the parents must have spent! Me and my wife can't believe that kids are being made to grow up so fast!! The celebrant was dressed like an adult and there was even a mini-cotillion dance number!! WTF!! This party was even worse than the last one I attended at a nearby Jollibee! Sheesh! When my eldest turns seven, I want him to have a normal children's party and not some fancy party like this!! That, and I don't have much money on me anyways!
- After the party we go to Sta. Lucia Mall for some fun time with the rest of the kids. We walk around and bring the kids into the inflated bouncy playplace for some playtime. 8pm we're already gearing to go home and bought some pizza take out for the kids. They take no time to finish up the pizza in the car since they were very hungry at this point. I myself was already getting very tired from the day's activities..
- 9pm I'm sitting at the downstairs sofa as I watch some cable TV and drink some grape juice. Finally some quiet time to relax and put my feet down.. Ahahahahahaha. I go upstairs at 930pm and start my evening routine. Finally! A little play time with the kids and we eventually get ready to turn in at 10pm. I was out like a light at 1030pm!
Looking back at the day's activities, it was fun and tiring at the same time. Another day in the life of cat.. Sundays are supposed to be for resting, but despite all the tiring stuff I did yesterday I guess it was a happy kind of tiring day. Ahahahahaha!
