My lady best friend is in America for a very difficult operation. We were supposed to meet up before they left but I guess things got hectic on both our ends that we weren't able to make time to meet..
She's already told me that there's no guarantee that she'll make it out alive from the procedure. And I'm sure she's terrified at the idea of going under the knife. And though I know she's going to make it, I still can't help but feel anxious and worried that she might not wake up again.
I told her that she'd better wake up soon after or else I'm gonna have to go to America just to tell her to wake up! I don't really have money for airfare so I'll probably just tell her to wake up on Facetime. Ahahahahaha! She's already told me to prepare a eulogy for her, but I keep telling her that it won't be needed just yet. In any case, I have a lot to say should the need really arise later on. At this point, all I can do for her is to pray.
God has always been keeping watch over my friend and I'm sure I'll be seeing her again soon enough. Pray for her okay?
