SELLING MYSELF SHORT

I once told myself to hold on.

Wait until the best comes.

Never settle for anything less

than the world has to offer.

Once I saw a good one.

I let go with second thoughts.

Maybe there will be better...

Waiting again for another.

Now I'm waiting anew.

So long in the process of choosing.

I am losing myself,

as the hands of time move on.

Will I go for it?

Should I settle for this?

Is this the best there is?

Or am I selling myself short?

I had found somebody interesting and was in the process of debating with myself whether or not to move forward with my plans..  So much ado about nothing really..  Ahhahhaahahaha.
